CLODEIE is a content and marketing agency based in Cebu, Philippines. This page explains what we collect through clodeie.com and what we do with it.

What we collect

• What you type into our application form: name, email, brand or website, what you sell, the services you are interested in, budget range, timeline, and how you found us.
• The details you enter when you book a call through our scheduling tool.

Why we collect it

Only to review your application, prepare for your call, and reply to you. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a newsletter unless you ask.

Who else handles it

We use trusted tools to run the site and our calls: Cloudflare (hosting), Calendly (scheduling), Google Meet (calls), and a form delivery service that emails applications to us. Each processes your data only to provide that service.

How long we keep it

We keep application details for up to 24 months, or for as long as we work together, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time. This includes your rights under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012.
